Codec Assignment Samples Surveys

Hello, for my assignment, I am testing whether a CBR (Contsant Bit Rate) or a VBR (Variable Bit Rate) is better for encoding MP3's. For each sample, please listen to the original clip and then answer the questions about version A and B. Before you begin the test, it is recomended that you: ¹

use headphones for listening
switch off all sound enhancers like SRS or Dolby
set any equalizers to flat
set the volume to your normal music listening volume
